Launch terms for evaluating betspread bookmaker odds coverage and API workflows.

Beta access

Access is provided by account, organization, plan, and agreed launch scope. REST, Live, and History are separate product channels and may have different entitlements, limits, and availability. A beta request or self-serve signup does not guarantee every bookmaker, sport, market, or transport is available.

Data availability

Odds feeds, source status, latency, and market availability can vary by bookmaker and sport. betspread should not be used as the sole source for regulated decisions without independent validation and an agreed production contract.

Acceptable use

You may use the API for evaluation, product integration, monitoring, and internal tooling within the agreed scope. API keys must stay secret, scoped to your organization, and revoked when no longer needed. Scraping, abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, plan gates, or source restrictions are not permitted.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed and managed through Stripe. The Stripe customer portal is the customer-facing place to review invoices, update payment details, and manage subscription status when billing is enabled for the account.

Deletion and export

Requests for account deletion or export of customer account data can be sent through the contact page. Confirmed deletion or export requests are handled within 30 days, subject to billing, security, legal, and operational retention windows described in the privacy page.

betspread provides technical odds data infrastructure. It does not provide betting advice, gambling services, financial advice, or outcome guarantees.
